The surfing duck is a way of laughing off the upsetting times. What the cuteness of a duck surfing the waves can do for mental health is amazing!

Humour plays a very big part in my life. I have learned that many unhappy things are out of our control and a good laugh can pick you up help you to get back your perspective. I have always used humour more profoundly during the bad times.

The work has been included in the special purchase collection and I hope it will find a new home where it can carry on surfing through the good and the bad times.
